On February 9th Roast opened its doors to it’s first shop in Preston. After many thousands of repeat satisfied customers, many thousands of chickens roasted and many thousands of fingers licked, Roast now has 4 shops including Birchwood.
A welcomed addition to the Birchwood Shopping Centre family, Roast serve quality food to go at the best possible price, built on the foundations of fantastic customer service and the finest products from locally-sourced ingredients. The chicken is still breaded by hand, the sausages on their breakfast sandwiches are still made twice a week in that very butcher’s shop where it all began and all products are cooked fresh, in the shop, ongoing throughout the day, every day.

Monday to Saturday: 7.30am - 6.00pm
Sunday: 10.00am - 4.00pm
Please check opening hours with other individual retailer before you travel as Roast operates outside of normal centre hours.
